As an employee in a "Right to Work" state,
you cannot be legally forced to join a union. You can choose to
belong to other
associations that may better fit your needs, desires and goals as
a professional educator.

and educational policies promoted by your union. You may have joined
a union because you believe only a union can provide you with liability
insurance and access to legal assistance.
As a Christian teacher, union member or not, you should know what
your rights are as a religious person working in the public sector.
