WHEREAS, parents are the first and foremost educators of their children, essential to their formal education and partners in the success of their local schools.

WHEREAS, students are America’s most precious resource, and the future success of our Nation depends heavily on their success today.

WHEREAS, all citizens are impacted by the investment in, and the results of the schools of America.
