2010 Teacher Camp sponsored by Iowa Christian Educators Network
Connecting future teachers to Christ, each other, missional teachers and a broken and beautiful world.

Why do we need Teacher Camp?
It is the business of the Church to recognize that the secular vocation, as such, is sacred. Christian people, and particularly perhaps the Christian clergy, must get it firmly into their heads that when a man or woman is called to a particular job of secular work, that is as true a vocation as though he or she were called to specifically religious work. Dorothy L. Sayers, “Creed or Chaos”
Who is this for?
- Pre-student teachers: Come to prepare
- Post-student teachers: Come to process
- Education majors: Come to connect
- Teachers and former teachers: Come to share your lives, and enjoy fellowship with believers in your field
Cost: $50 and a free will donation will be taken
How We Pay for Teacher Camp
We involve the body of Christ through sponsorship. The total cost is $150 for each camper. However, we would like each camper pays $50 and we ask for you to mobilize a sponsoring teammate(s) who will support you for the remaining $100. A supporter is someone who desires to see your relationship with God flourish and so will also cover you with prayer.
