TALENT SCOUT

Prayer:  Today we thank You, Lord, for the special gifts you give us and the gifts in the people we know.  Please help us use our lives to serve Your purposes in our generation.  Amen

Scripture:  There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.  There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. 1 Cor.  12:4-6 NIV

Praise God that He made us all different with different talents and abilities! What a boring and unproductive world this would be if we were all the same! What are some ways you encourage your student’s gifts? How do your search for these talents and make use of them in your curriculum? What are some of your gifts that God gave you and how can you use them to glorify Him?  Remember we are ALL “gifted” because we were bought with the blood of Christ.  How can each of us carryout the attributes of being a talent scout in our daily environment (classroom, hallways, meetings, cafeteria, office, etc.)?
