GOT P.C.?

Prayer:  Praise You Lord for all the good things You have done this year!!  Please bring melodies to our hearts all.  

Scripture: Praise the LORD with melodies on the lyre; make music for him on the ten-stringed harp. Sing new songs of praise to him. Psalm 33:2-3NLT

Let’s increase our Praise Capacity! This list of instruments must have been those presently available to the psalmist at the time. In other psalms he writes about the drums and tambourines, the horns, and the flutes. What the writer was telling us was this: With whatever sound-making capacity you have at hand, praise the Lord. Sing out praise to Him right now for this day and the love of Christ that lives in your heart and shapes your life. Praise the Lord with a pleasant smile to a colleague… Better, smile at someone who is irritating you, and thank them. Ask for more of God’s love to live within you and increase your ‘pc’. No, not Political Correctness but, rather, Praise Capacity. That is the PC we need to have more of– the capacity to praise God with all our being.
