COURAGE

Prayer: Father, I pray that in the midst of my fear I would stand courageous because I am so rooted in the reality of who you are. Help me surrender my fears and trust that you are with me and you are giving me your courage.
Scripture: Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV
When we were kids we could never imagine a teacher being afraid, but now that we are the teacher, administrator or paraprofessional, we become afraid from time to time. Be strong and of good courage because we serve a mighty God Who goes before us in our classrooms, hallways and all areas of our school. Find a colleague who can come along side you in agreement with this promise if you ever feel afraid.
