GIVING

Prayer: Lord, You are the Giver of all things. Help me to give in Your name as I have been given. Amen.
Scripture: Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ, walk.” Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. Acts 3:6-7
It is a sad fact that educators are grossly underpaid here on earth. We know our rewards wait for us in Heaven and that is better than any earthly paycheck we could ever receive.
Like Peter, we have no silver or gold, but we do have many other ways to give. What do you have to give in the name of Jesus? How can each of us carry out the attribute of giving in our daily environment (classroom, hallways, meetings, cafeteria, office, etc.)?
