I CALL TO YOU

Prayer: Jesus, I am so thankful for the way you faithfully answer me when I call to You. Teach me to first call out to You when trouble comes my way and then watch and see what You do. Amen
Scripture: When I am in distress, I call to you, because you answer me. Psalm 86:7 NIV
God promises that He will answer us as we call on Him whenever trouble comes. I wonder if anyone has ever had a trouble-free school year? Pretty silly, huh? Is your immediate reaction to call on God for help when trouble happens? If you are a Christian educator, you have an assurance that He will help you, that He will hear your cry and He will answer. It takes belief and practice. There is no trouble too small. There is nothing He can’t solve. Let’s make a habit of calling out to Him for all our troubles, big and small, and watch Him transform our school and personal lives.

Yesterday I cried in my car at lunch. My special ed preschool class is so challenging. I worry for safety and basically need more hands to help. So that was my cry out to God and also what I texted to my praying friend. When I walked back in to my room an extra sub was in my room for the afternoon. She was an answer to prayer! I’m telling everyone!!! God is faithful and good!
