Honoring Educators Dinner Event, Des Moines, IA

The Iowa Prayer Breakfast Committee wants to honor those in the education arena by hosting a complimentary meal and providing encouragement to all teachers/ administrators/students in training. This is a time to connect, to be encouraged and to be prayed for.
The body of Christ comes together in this event to acknowledge that teaching is ministry and to give thanks for those who are on the front lines teaching our children. We will share the joy and the challenge of being a Christian educator in Iowa in 2017. Teachers are encouraged to invite any of their peers involved in the educational community, including student teachers and others preparing to serve our youth in education.
Following the dinner, those attending are invited to attend The Gathering, an event with the 2017 Iowa Prayer Breakfast Speaker, Dr. Joel Stowell, high school and college students (also held at Cornerstone Family Church).
