9th Annual Compass Educator Breakfast, Eden Prairie, MN

Our favorite event of the year!!! Join Christian public-school educators (teachers, administrators, staff, bus drivers, coaches, nurses, etc.) from around the metro for a morning of connecting, equipping, and encouragement. Enjoy a hot breakfast, a time of corporate worship, educator testimonies, a dynamic keynote speaker and come together in prayer for our educators, students and schools. A free event you won’t want to miss!

Keynote Mike Hicks is the Director of LIFT America, an outreach ministry of Christian Educators Association International, and part of a national movement to empower and equip Christians working in public, private and charter schools. Through city-wide and regional gatherings Mike works with local teams to bring Christian educators together for fellowship and encouragement. In addition to these large area gatherings, the LIFT ministry provides resources to help busy teachers start, and/or strengthen, school site staff fellowship groups (LIFT Groups) for ongoing support.
Prior to his tenure at CEAI, Mike was a high school biology teacher for 24 years and wrestling coach in Bakersfield, CA.
