Dr. Bill Ziegler is an award winning School Leader, author, and speaker. He has been recognized as the 2016 Pennsylvania Principal of the Year and the 2015 National Association of Secondary School Principals Digital Principal Award Winner. He is the co-author of Future Focused Leaders - Relate, Innovate, and Invigorate for Real Educational Change. Bill serves as a High School Principal and has 20 years of experience as a School Leader. Bill resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and two high school and college aged children.

Jessica Cabeen

Jessica is currently a middle school principal in Minnesota. In 2017 she was awarded the Minnesota National Distinguished Principal. Jessica is the author of Hacking Early Learning, Lead with Grace, Unconventional Leadership, and co-authored Balance Like A Pirate. When not at bus duty or checking in with students and teachers in classrooms and the hallways she speaks at schools, districts and conferences about leadership, learning, and how to balance everything in-between. But by far her favorite space is the one that involves being with her husband Rob, two sons Kenny and Isaiah, and of course the family dog-Rigby. Yvette Miguez

Yvette Miguez is an Assistant Principal in the New York City Department of Education. She supervises two Special Education programs that serve students ages 5 to 21 who are on a range of cognitive functioning levels on the autism spectrum, are significantly emotionally challenged, have sensory impairments, or have multiple disabilities. She also oversees the ELL/Multi-language Learners department for the eight schools tied to her program. She is known for her strong belief in family engagement and her passion for multilingual learners with special needs. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially with her 18-year-old son Johnny who has ASD. She has been a Christian since she was 18 years old and one of her favorite verses is Colossians 3:23.

Darren Ellwein

Darren Ellwein is a middle school principal in Harrisburg, South Dakota. He has created a culture of empowerment for adults and learners in his building. His school has embraced the Makerspace movement, created design thinking courses and entrepreneur classes. Kids advocate for themselves by creating their schedules daily through differentiated offerings from teachers. In 2019 he co-authored the book, The Revolution, through Dave Burgess Consulting, Inc. In 2017 he was selected Digital Principal of the Year by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. On a personal level, Darren is a fourth generation farmer in South Dakota.
