FAITHFULNESS

Prayer: Lord, you are always faithful. There is no one as faithful as You. I’m grateful for that. Help me to be more like you. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
Scripture: “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? Numbers 23:19 NKJV
I’m sure we’ve all had someone not do something that they said they would. Or we’ve given someone our word that we’ll be somewhere or do something. Well, sometimes it doesn’t happen that way. We’re human. We may have forgotten, gotten too busy, or finally really thought about it and simply don’t want to do it anymore.
I’m guilty of all the above. I have a habit of getting excited and agreeing to do something before checking it out thoroughly.
It amazes me how faithful God is to us. We’ll give our word and not follow through. God gives His word and always follows through. His word is a promise. So whatever He has spoken to you or shown you, it’s a promise. The most beautiful part is that He can’t lie.
Hold on to every promise or vision He’s given you for your career, family, marriage, etc. He’s faithful.
